Dear Portal User,

Starting April 1, 2025, SMS (text message) authentication option will not be available. A more robust industry standard MFA (Multi-factor authenticaiton) method, Google Authenticator, will be added to your account in addition to your current Email Authentication option. If you like to switch your current MFA to Google Authenticator app, please follow these instructions or watch this video.
